For the past several weeks, I have been having problems with my Fitbit auto syncing. Sometimes it does it, sometimes it doesn't. I'll notice that I'm not getting vibrations on my wrist for texts, and then I'll check the Fitbit app and see that it stopped syncing. I'll restart my watch. Sometimes that helps. I'll check for updates on the app. Last week I got a big red X on my watch face and had to do a factory reset, plus remove the app from my phone and then reinstall before it would work again. Now, it's not syncing again, and I'm beyond frustrated. I shouldn't have to go through this every few days. I've already signed it off the app and re-signed in. I've done a restart on my watch. I've checked for updates. What more can I do? I need a long term fix but a short term Band-Aid.

Same here. For the last week it would only sync if I restarted the Fitbit. Now it won’t sync at all, hasn’t in the last 36 hours.
Last week it was draining the battery from 100% to 0% in about six hours. The only way to stop that was either turn off Bluetooth on my phone (not practical) or end the Fitbit app on my phone.
And it is now running 16 minutes slow in the time it is displaying.

I would suggest talking to support, since you sounds like you've done most of the troubleshooting steps they suggest anyways.
Unfortunately I haven't had much luck with my watch syncing for the past few months either, so I can't offer much advice 😅

I spoke with support, but didn't really get past the reboot everything cycle.
That said, I think I may have fixed it - by deleting and then re-installing the app. That seemed to fix things, although I think I had to restart my phone and fitbit again as well.

I just spoke to support as well, but apparently since my phone is an older version of android (version 9, oreo), they won't assist me until I can update/replace my phone with a newer version 😕
Unfortunately I've tried the uninstall/reinstall trick before to no avail, so I think I'm just stuck with a brick 😑

I'm with you I could have wrote this exact same post. Every few days I have to go through all of those same steps with my Versa Lite. This morning nothing has worked I am beyond frustrated! I always seem to lose it between 10-1030 at night and then I struggle to get it working again. When it works it's great but it only works about half the time I'm ready to throw it away and go buy something else, Fitbit's app is junk!
