My Versa 2 won't connect to any of my devices

I cannot get my Fitbit to connect to any devises with its Bluetooth I have tried all the options such as updating my devises removing all other fitbits and my  devises are still not able to find my Fitbit. I need to sync this as it is displaying the wrong time and it is getting slower and slower
