My Versa 2 won't hold charge, what to get?

I i currently have a Versa 2 that I fot in 2021. The issue is that now the battery barely lasts 2-3 days. I was looking at replacement options. Is the Versa 4 the one to get? I want something roughly the same size as my current watch (I have skinny wrists). I never used the apps much, mostly just steps, bpm, reading texts, answering calls, etc. Thanks all.

After years of reliable service my Versa 2 suddenly stopped holding its charge. I am extremely disappointed.  Any solutions to this problem? Is it tied to the transition to Google? After hears of loyalty to Fitbit is looks like I am going to jump to another fitness watch. Help me stay with Fitbit.

Let me suggest you some steps: 

  • Please verify if your phone's software version is updated: For more information, refer to Check & update your Android version or Update your iPhone or iPad.
  • Turn off Always on Display: Swipe down from the top of your screen. After your notifications appear, swipe down again to open the control center. Tap the quick settings icon. Check the Always-On Display mode.
