My Versa 2 won't log my heart rate over 99 and no longer logging my 250 steps per hours.

My Versa 2 was working great this morning and i tracked 14 active zone minutes but this afternoon i did a 86 minute workout and and it stated that my heart rate never went over 99BPM which is impossible because i was drenched in sweat after my run. Is anyone else having this issue?
