My Versa 2 won't notify me of texts. I do receive notification of phone calls.

My Versa 2 won't notify me of texts. I do receive notification of phone calls.  It may have began after  installing the lastest update of iPhone 13.6.

I am having the same issue since upgrading from an iPhone 8plus to an iPhone 11. I can receive calls and WhatsApp notifications but no longer receive texts. I've done all the suggested checks of permissions and notifications I can find and nothing works. Very frustrating.

I called fitbit user support two weeks ago and they said it is a known issue they are working on with the current version of ios (13.6 I believe).  

 

I plan to keep calling for updates since I cannot seem to find one online here.
