My Versa 2 won't show my Fitbit Today stats

Hey! Unsure if anyone else has this issue! 

 My versa 2 works and syncs completely with my phone. However my sleep data, state of burn data (cardio/peak/fat burn), water data, and exercise data (days of week) do not show up on the watch. They just have the - - symbols. 

 The data is on my phone however so I know it is syncing from the watch, it is just not displaying properly. Anyone else have this or a solution?

Hi there @CJehnert, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for sharing about your Versa's recent behavior. I'll be glad to help you with that. 

 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd suggest restart your Versa 2 by following the steps provided at: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

We are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your watch. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate. 🙂

I am having this problem as well. I've tried a factory reset, repairing, Uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Nothing is working. This watch was my girlfriends and she upgraded and has completely unpaired the watch from her account. It was working fine until I added it to my account, which is when the problem started. It was never a problem for her.
