To try to resolve the issue with your sleep data, please visit this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.

 

In addition, you can restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these steps.

For the last three weeks, my Versa 2 has just stopped recording and reporting the detailed sleep data. It has gone back to the fairly useless sleep/awake tracking which is not at all accurate. My versa 2 says it is up to date and the phone app is up to date.

I have checked to make sure the back of the watch is not damaged, my phone sits on the charger all night and my watch is fully charged. I am using the watch face that allows for spO2 tracking (which is also a little hit or miss).

What is going on??
