My Versa 2 won’t sync to my app

Since yesterday I have been trying to sync my steps to the Fitbit app but it doesn’t work. I’ve tried turning Bluetooth off and on, deleted the app snd re-installed it, restarted my phone, and restarted my Fitbit but nothing works.

Hi @Shannonray2024 - also try clearing the storage cache and force stopping the Fitbit App, then

  • Logout of the app and login again.
  • Head to the phone home screen without closing it.
  • click on the sync pop up and wait for the pair and link prompts
  • then sync
