If you haven't done it already, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues.

 

Whether this doesn't help, you set up your Fitbit Versa 2 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
