My watch is new and it got battery low and turned off on its own. I charged it whole day but it didn't charge. I tried to turn in on but it shows an explamation point with the battery sign on red then turn off on its own again. Can anyone help me with this. Is there something I need to do? THANKS

Hi there @T026, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and for taking the time to charge your Versa 2 to turn it on again.
As per the description of your post it seems that the battery on your watch may not be charging properly and therefore does not turn on. I recommend that you follow these steps (or please confirm that you've followed them as described below):
If the above steps don't work, at this point I recommend doing a factory reset (before doing so, make sure to remove your watch from your Fitbit account):
You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
