My Versa 2 won't turn on or take a charge

Hi!

My versa 2 is less than 9 months old and it just stopped working. The battery ran flat, when I charged it nothing happened. Now it won’t turn on at all.

Has anyone experienced this?

Hi @amyl87, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issues that your Versa 2 has experienced, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Hi !

Thanks for replying and sorry for the delayed response.

We’ve followed these steps and it’s still not working.

This device should be under warranty still as it was purchased within the last 12 months.

We bought it on Amazon - how do we claim under warranty? I’d like a replacement.
