My Versa turned on then it turned off and now it won’t turn back on at all.. please I need help 😔

@Happygurl, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it stopped turning on all of a sudden.

 

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa 2 for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
