Since the crisis come to us, I stopped using this watch. Recently, I tried to walk around the apartment with the versa 2.
- When I turned on this, it is stuck on the logo for a long time. I installed two logos so that I suspect that is the problem cuz it has never happened before.
- I do not suspect battery life because I am not a heavy user.
- Also, when this watch is turned off, there is no way to turn on this device with a button. I can turn on this device by only charging Versa 2.
How can I solve this problem? should I contact customer service?
