my versa 2 stopped working since December . First i was at the shower with it and the screen started freezing several times , then i tried to get it dry and several parts of the touch screen weren’t working .. i then proceed to do a restart and the screen went black and never turn on again. I charged it and still nothing. It won’t respond to anything , but the light on the altimeter is still green .. i’ve waited a month or so just in case it was a malfunction of the software or something but still nothing .. This clock is like new i’ve had it for a year and a couple months .. very disappointed with the durability of this product 😕

Hi @dannolvera - it would seem that the watch got water in it but it should have dried out by now. If it charges without getting hot and doesn't work properly try restarting How do I restart my Fitbit device?
The seals aren't very robust and it is advised to not immerse in hot water or detergents.
If you live in a country with 2 year warranty and it won't work take it back to the shop for replacement.
