I recently got sick and noticed my Fitbit was flashing the sign to charge. I took it off and did not charge it for about Two days. When I felt better I plugged it in and charged it for a very long period of time. I went to turn it on and it would not start up. I have tried holding all three buttons down for 30 seconds to 3 minutes. I have tried holding the back button in the bottom button for a soft reset. I cannot seem to get any power or the lights to flash on the back. I have a know it is charged as I plugged it in and double checked The charger and the cords. Plus the versa I get to very warm after sitting on the charger. I’m not sure why no lights are turning on. Can someone please help!!!!

Hi @TabathaK  Try a Factory Reset but if that doesnt bring it back to life yoj will need to contact Support

Fitbit Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
