I have been a fit bit user for years and was one of the users Who was a part of the ionic recall. I was disappointed in having to return the ionic as mine did not present any concerns.
My replacement was a Fitbit verse 3. Yesterday when removing my Fitbit 2 large burns were present. Each burn located on the outside of the watch face. Could you share how I proceed to seeking a replacement? Or should I forgo a replacement and steer towards another product?
