My Versa band broke (still under warranty) and I requested a replacement band. They are out of the original band and offering an option of a woven or sport band which I don't like or want, they also do not want to replace the device; what are my other option?
Any suggestions?

Hi @Islandgirl6 customer support gave you the only options. Why not take one of them and then you can always buy a band from a local retailer who carries the one you want.

My versa 3 band also broke. It's been almost 2 year so it's probably out of warrantee. I want one of the metal bands. I looked on amazon but all the metal bands have bad reviews. Like one guy said broke after 2 weeks. Are metal ones just not sturdy? Are there any metal ones that you all have used that work decent? Or should I just get another silicone band? Or woven or some other material? I don't mind buying from Fitbit website or amazon. Locally there seems to be nobody selling them near me. So online is fine I guess.
