My Fitbit versa 3 was drain the battery quickly and cannot use the touch screen. It was still working well last week and it got this issue after the night. I resetted but nothing was improved.
Mine came off at the watch. New band wouldn't stay on. I measured the size of the pin and found a rivet about the same size. Drilled a hole a little deeper, trimmed the rivet and placed it in the drilled hole, put the band back on works greats
