I've upgraded 3 times in 5 years and the versa 3 is the worst yet!! Battery will not charge. Most the time it doesn't stay connected to my phone and only thing on it I could rely on was the alarm going off. I've only had about 10-11 months. I'm done with you fitbit....going to a Samsung. 🙄😡

To resolve battery issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.
Please make sure the Power Saving Mode or Battery Saver is turned off on your device. This mode frequently causes the device to disable Bluetooth. If you are having difficulties to sync, please follow these steps.

I've tried all these suggestions prior to this post. I maintained watch and never got wet, etc. I plug it in with factory charger and tried multiple USB outlet adapters. All I get is the pulsing fitbit logo. Sometimes I'll see the battery say 0% but mostly just sits on logo, won't connect to anything either. Cant believe its dead cause the logo stays on forever???
Bought october-november 2021. Have box but no receipt, so screwed on warranty. The ulta series so far was the best one I had for about 3 years, then I got charge which was ok and this versa is nothing but problems from start.
