I paid good money for this device. Specifically because it's become medically important for me to track my sleep.
I'm having a ton of issues with it. Specifically, it wont switch out of 24 hour mode, the clock face shows the wrong time about half the time I wake it up, and now it wont track my sleep.
I go to sleep. In the middle of the night, I wake up, and go to my phone to check for sleep tracking, and it's got jack. I sleep the rest of the night, and it recorded a grand total of 41 minutes of restless sleep.
I went to the customer service chat this morning, and their advice: change sleep to sensitive (I'd already done that), change wrist to non-dominant (Already Done Theat), and "well guess maybe try tomorrow and hope it works"
I'm honestly about this close to returning it and swearing off fitbit products.
