My Versa 3 doesn't track my sleep consistently

I mainly use the Fitbit for sleep tracking, but it is inconsistent and buggy. For example, it often says I went to bed later than I actually did. When I edit the start time (which I have to do twice, since it doesn't correct the first time), it changes other things in the original graph that shouldn't have been changed. Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @shepherdh.

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 3. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

I would recommend restarting your Watch by following these instructions

In addition, you can set up your Versa 3 as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1654818595441.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Some users have had success setting their Fitbit devices to track sleep in a sensitive mode. For information about how this setting works, please visit this site and open the menu "What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?".

Hope this helps.

None of these suggestions are relevant. I already reset the device. I don't get the logic of a replacement device—I can't find out what you mean by that. It's already set up. And I don't move that much, so sensitive mode isn't relevant. What I really want is for you to alert your engineers that there are bugs in your sleep tracking.
