I had my Versa watch for a few months, the main purpose I chose it was to track my sleep. I also subscribed to premium for the same purpose.
I had troubles from the beginning with sleep tracking, getting only basic sleep data instead of the detailed report, then I bought an elastic textile belt and placed the watch higher on my wrist. That solved the problem then, but now I am having again issues.
The error is your tracker couldn't get a consistent heart rate
I tried a restart of the watch by long pressing on the button and reinstalled the app, after that first night it worked and I got a detailed sleep log, but only first night, now is back to the basic tracking !
I have 2 questions
- what is considered critical low battery (that would prevent the clock from tracking) - I think in one night I had like 17% when I went to sleep
-can also be a problem that the watch was too tight during the night ? I saw I was left sometimes with a mark on my skin after moving the watch up when I finished sleeping
Except for that I think I took all the steps that I could find online to solve my issue but I am still having it.
PS: not sure if this matters but my phone is a huwey P 30 pro inconistent tracking

I am quite disappointed but I hope a solution can be found, or else I would need to switch to another brand.
