I got my fitbit yesterday, I was walking all day and it was working fine but then last night it just stopped counting my steps no matter how far I walked so its not a stride problem. it would be stuck on a particular number and then suddenly jump up 20 steps then go down 40 and then get frozen again. Eventually it jumps up a big number but it doesn't keep working. I've tried restarting the fitbit, Ive tried resting and walking again, I've tried logging out and uninstalling the fitbit app, and I've tried the factory reset but nothing is making it count accurately again. Is my fitbit faulty? Do I need to return it? Or is there something I can do to fix it?

Hi @versaleera0 - that is not normal behavior if that is what you see on the watch face if you are using a standard Fitbit clock face.
Take it back to where you bought it for a refund and buy a new one.

Thanks for letting me know! I'm so upset I have to return it 😞 I bought it online directly from fitbit, do you know where I can find information about returns?
