My Versa 3 is not holding a charge longer then a day

My new versa 3 is not holding charge. The battery runs down just sitting the counter. Battery is at 0 after 12 hours

Hi @Lullapin1 - the most recent firmware has new features and may have issues, try removing the main drainers and see if the battery will last, see How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
