My Versa 3 just stopped working, its been less than 2 years, it just went dead, doesn't even charge.

Hello @Sonz173 

Is your Fitbit Versa 3 completely unresponsive? Will not take a charge at all, no button response, no screen response? If trying a restart of your Versa 3 failed to do anything I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I’d try to at least attempt a restart before contacting them: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm

I can't restart it if the unit is dead, it doesn't power up or anything

Hi @Sonz173 - if you didn't get it wet it is most likely not charging.
