My Versa 3 battery life is 2 days tops. Amazon put me in contact with Fitbit who called me and said they’d send a replacement and they’d be in touch. That was last Saturday and have heard nothing since.
How long does the process usually take?

Hi @Galad - there might not be anything wrong with the watch - 2 days can be the normal time if you have SpO2 and Snore detection enabled or are using GPS. See the other main drainers before trading in an otherwise good watch for a refurbished one. How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
