My Versa 3 screen has come away

I am very sad and disappointed to be writing this post but I have yet another problem with one of my Fitbits this time the versa 3 - I have been using Fitbit in different guises for over 7 years and had niggles with everyone. However Fitbit have always been helpful in replacing straps etc! This time my versa screen has completely come away with no damage or incident and wouldn’t you guess it - it is now outside of warranty! I rely very heavily on my Fitbit as my fitness tracker and am never without it and feel that if you invest in something that is not cheap it should last. I am beginning to be come disillusioned with them and am thinking of looking at other brands Apple or Garmin which pains me greatly as I love using Fitbit. Any suggestions welcome or ways of fixing would be helpful. Thanks Amanda
