Thank you for informing us about the issue you experienced with your Fitbit Versa 3.

 

Please make sure all permissions for the Weather app are turned on. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I troubleshoot apps on my Fitbit device?".

 

In addition, you can restart your Watch and set it up as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1658105029419.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
