My Versa 3 all of a sudden has started showing the weather temperature in Celsius not Fahrenheit. I’ve check the phone app and it’s on Fahrenheit. I’ve tried switching to Celsius and syncing then switch back and sync, I’ve restarted the Fitbit and it’s still saying Celsius. Help on how to fix it

Same problem, same time--just today, suddenly-- evidently something system-wide. Can it be resolved at that level?

@Recessteacher - it would seem your original post got deleted or somehow may have ended up in your profile, as you currently are showing having 3 posts but only 2 are visible.

I got mine fixed. I had to click on the app click on the profile picture, then on the picture of your device Versa 3. Then click on gallery scroll down until you see Weather then settings and make sure it’s in Fahrenheit

Well, followed the instructions--thx!!--for fixing temp via the App and now Fahrenheitnow shows on Versa 3. Likely a system update--also wiped the additional cities I had entered. Newbie question: When I open app on phone, it opens to the Today screen. Wasn't clear how to get to the profile. Finally, tapped the icon at top left, which was greyed out, which usualy means non-functioning. But it did take me back to the profile page and then instructions worked fine-- selected Fahrenheit and added back the cities I had entered. One other Q--someone posted a way to do this via the Versa 3, starting with Tap Today, then tap profile pic. But when I tap Today, it just opens the today categories-- don't see any profile pic or anything to tap...???

@Whiterosez2000 , Jeannie, are you sure you didn't miss a step, like sync or use current location without cities?

I got my Versa 3 about a month ago. Upgraded from a Versa 2. Have had this problem from the get-go. Have tried every workaround to get the thing to reset to Fahrenheit with no success. It’s a FitBit fail. Instead of having customers jump thru hoops to get the app and the device working properly - they should solve the problem at their level. When paying this kind of $$ I expect it to work - and work as good as, if not better, than my old Versa 2.

Thanks for getting back to us and I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been able to change your Weather Units @Whiterosez2000. Thank you for following advised troubleshooting steps.
I would recommend force quitting the Fitbit App, restarting your phone and trying the steps again. Have you entered multiple cities or only one?
Keep on visiting the forums.
