My Versa Keeps Dying!!!! Battery life is less than 8 hours

I am unable to keep my Versa charged for more than 8 hours!  The battery keeps draining so quickly!!!!  I just called Support and the customer service was TERRIBLE.  They want me to do a battery drain test, in which I need to basically turn the Versa in to a watch (turn off all functions & notifications) and let the watch die.  Thankfully it will happen within a day, but definitely not what I purchased this watch for.  Oh.... and I've only had the watch two weeks!!!!  TWO WEEKS!!!!!  HOW CRAZY.... This is my second fitbit in a very short period of time - I had to send my Ionic back for a full refund because Fitbit couldn't figure out an update for the notifications.  A bit unhappy at the moment.  Spoke to an agent and then spoke to a supervisor who told me that there was no one there above her and the front office wouldn't call me!  Anyone know how to get some support here?  A loyal Fitbit customer for like 5 years now.

Hi, a battery test, after contacting CS about battery problems, is a totally normal procedure. Sorry to read that this happened after two weeks, but all in all, it's a very sophisticated design in a very small design, so yes, something can go wrong, although it's very annoying.

I’m having the same problem, try emailing them through customer service. I’ve been through 5 Fitbits in 4 years and they have always warrantied them. Have you tried just returning it if it’s two weeks old?
