My Versa Lite displays wrong time after factory reset

Hi

recently this week my versa has been 15-30 minutes slow. I am tried factory reset witch displayed the correct time but the next morning it was slow again. I have also synced my phone a few times. Sometimes my versa display the right time after sync and sometimes it still displays the wrong time. It is frustrating having the versa time slow. Can you please help. Thanks

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

 

The time on your Fitbit Versa Lite may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. 

 

In this case I would recommend setting up your Versa Lite as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Whether you continue having the same problem, please set the time manually by following these instructions.

In addition, you can perform a regular restart to your watch.

Hi
I have checked that my Fitbit in the right time zone and I have switched to update time manually. My Fitbit is still going slow.
Can you let me know what else I can do to fix my versa 505 watch.
