My Versa Lite is losing time

My Versa Lite is losing time. The correct time at the moment is 07.16. My Fitbit is showing 06.26. This has been going on for a few days now..

Hi @Helenc_25 Is your Versa Lite syncing OK? Try restarting it several times and sync again and see if that corrects it.

No it's still not working even after shutting it down. It's not connecting to wifi.

I am having the same problem go to sync and update and then will not find th device it is frustrating to a point I want to throw in bin use it as alarm in the morning and can lose up to 20 - 25 minutes overnight
