My Versa Lite is not charging

Hi can someone help my watch is not charging . Is there any service centre at Singapore.

Regarding your question, I'm afraid that we don't have a repair center. However, I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it won't take a charge.

 

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it takes a charge.
