My 3 week old Versa lite is not tracking my floors climbed each day. I climb at least 10 sets of stairs each day. I rebooted the device to no avail. What do I do?

Hi there @nutritionnut, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for taking the time to restart your Versa Lite prior to posting here. I'll be glad to help you with your inquiry about your floors not being tracked.

Unlike Fitbit Versa, Versa Lite doesn't track floors. Although it is designed without floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices does. For more information about your Versa Lite, you can click this link: Versa Lite Edition User Manual.

Should you have other concerns, let me know.

Thanks for the info and for the manual-I had not seen that yet. A major
downfall of this watch is the difficulty of changing the bands. I have
MAJOR arthritis in both hands and it is almost impossible for me to attach
a different band. This needs to be changed! My charge 3 was so easy with
just a button to push. Whoever designed this?

Did you get my feedback about the difficulty I have with changing the bands
on the versa lite?

@nutritionnut   I agree with you completely about changing bands.  Only my problem is brittle fingernails that break while changing bands.  After I broke a pin, I found this on Amazon.  The pins are only useful if you have first generation Versa bands.  The band was re-designed and the pins don't come out like they used to.  But that little watch tool is worth the money, every penny, if you have trouble changing bands.  I also change my bands on a very padded surface so I can keep everything steady.
