My Versa Lite return is lost in transit

Had sent my versa lite pebble on sept 9 using a fedex return label shared on my email by Fitbit-support. Now it’s lost in transit and neither Fitbit nor fedex is owning up responsibility to locate it and process my replacement. Please help!!

As our Support Team has advised yesterday, please allow 5 business days to receive an update from your Versa Lite return. If you continue to not receive any updates after this period of time, please feel free to contact our team back so they can continue assisting you.
