My versa will not swipe left or up & down
Turning it off and on hasn't resolved the matter nor has resymcing with the android app
Please anyone HELP

I am sorry to hear your Versa Lite won't swipe. I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. Thanks for trying to resolve this by doing a restart and re-syncing with the app. You may also try switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Thank you for your message.
Yes I have reverted to a Fitbit watch face.
Unfortunately this has not resolved the situation.
I am now letting the battery run down until the watch goes off
I'll charge it back up & see if that helps.
But I'm not confident
