Under the big Red Cross it says “sync and try again. Any idea what’s up or what to do. Whoops really appreciate any help.

Have you tried a different clock face and allowed the unit to sync?

Hi it won’t let me sink my watch in till I update it and that’s what’s no working. It starts updating but won’t finish and that’s when the bus cross shows up
