My friend had a Fitbit Versa lite and resent my upgraded to the Versa 2. They gave me the Versa lite and it won’t connect to my phone. When I set it up it goes through the connecting step but then say it needs an update. When start the update it downloads to 98% then the screen on the Fitbit just goes back to the screen that say to start down other Fitbit app. When have try removing the device and restarting multiple time and have done multiple factory resets and nothing seems to work.
