I absolutely love my Fitbit versa light but all of sudden I can not get my text messages, calendar or gmail notifications (all the default). I get my phone calls, and other email notifications the things I marked to get comes through with no problems. Please help!

@Crazymomof3 welcome to our Fitbit Community! The restart process that shared my friend @SunsetRunner is helpful for this type of issues.
In addition, please let us know what is the brand and model of your phone.
Also, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. It may contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I have restarted it several times. And even restarted the app. I have the Samsung Galaxy A20. It worked just fine after I bought the phone. The my watch died bc I forgot charge it, an when i charged it none of my default notifications worked, an still dont.. but now the ones I have marked like email, calls, Facebook all work just fine. But my text, gmail, an calendar notifications will not work.

@Crazymomof3 I'm sorry for the late response. However, thank you for your response and letting me know your phone's model.
I was able to check our supported devices list and I'm afraid that the Samsung Galaxy A20 is not listed. This may be the reason why the notifications feature is not working properly.
I would like you to give your vote to this Feature Suggestion which requests compatibility of this device. The more votes this idea gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineers.
I appreciate your patience and understanding with this.

hey just wanted to let you know Friday all my notifications started working again for my versa light. Everything is working right again.
