My Versa Lite would not turn on

Display of Versa lite shows black screen all the time , it does not turn on. When I plug it in for charging , there is a small vibration but it won’t turn on. Please help.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite shows black screen all the time. 

To better assist you, could you please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Synchronize your device by following the instructions in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Restart your device by following the detailed instructions in: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Could you please confirm if, after this last step, you saw the Fitbit logo appearing on the screen? Are you able to see the lights on the back of the pebble ? 

Finally, adjust the clock by following the detailed instructions in: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
