My Versa Won't Pair

Hi, I've had issues with my Fitbit Versa pairing with my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy s9. I have had this Fitbit since the end of July and did not have initial issues pairing it to my app. I recently had issues with my Versa syncing and I tried troubleshooting for that by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, unpairing my Versa and turning my Bluetooth on and off. Since doing that, I haven't been able to repair my Versa to the app on my phone. Can anyone help me? I've also restarted my Fitbit, forced quit Bluetooth and the Fitbit app, and that hasn't helped either.

One suggestion - check your phone's bluetooth site. The phone might still be linked with your Versa. If it is then unlink it then go back to the Fitbit app and see if it will install.

My versa wont sync either and just keeps coming up with ‘looking’. It usef to work but suddenly stopped working last friday morning. I have tried everything what do i do?

Same here! Mine stopped pairing yesterday and it does not keep the correct time anymore either. I don’t know what to do.

I've had the same issue for a few days.  I contacted customer support twice today.  I just finished a chat with someone who told me that there are many people affected by this problem and that I needed to wait for either an email or an update to be sent out.  My Versa still tracks steps, but the time on the watch is incorrect and it refuses to pair with the phone.

Thanks. I thought it was just me and idiot i am i factory reset it and now it won't pair...

I've been having these same problems since I bought the versa, in July. I have the galaxy s9 as well, it's very frustrating

I factory reset and now it won't pair.... Won't hold a charge... nothing... a great waste of money is what its looking like right now. No issues prior to this either

Mine has done that if and on since u got it.  Two days ago it did it again and now it won't connect.  I've tried everything they recommended.

I’ve been having this issue for days! It’s been since an update this started. It’s stopped pairing, the time is falling behind, it’s not tracking my sleep, it pairs partially if it’s charging. 

 

I’ve reset it, reinstalled the app, removed the versa from the app and reinstalled it multiple times. I’ve restarted the phone and watch more times than I can count just hoping it’ll sync. It’ll just stop pairing after a random number of times. 

 

I’ve has this watch since November 2018 - not even and year and this just started. I’m heartbroken.  

 

Support is not helping, terrible customer service.
