My Versa also won’t hold charge and overheats

My Versa purchased in January also stopped holding a charge a few days ago. Then yesterday I noticed it got very hot when on charger. Now it won’t do anything.

Add to this the issue with cracked screens. I had an exchange with support some weeks ago. I still believe Fitbit - if a serious contender in this market - should make available repairs or replacement screens and replacement batteries.  At purchaser’s expense is fine.

It is a horrible and “non green” corporate practice to expect consumers to replace totally a $200+ item in just a few months for a minor issue.

Is there a chance any remedy has been devised? I see so many reviews on retailer outlets saying these only last a few months. Surely there is some concern on your team?
