My Versa and Fitbit app are not getting updated

Started my Fitbit after a gap of 4 months and unable to update the app and device to the latest version on my iPhone.  App still shows 33.1.70

I would like know if you get any error message when trying to update our phone and Fitbit Versa.

 

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the firmware update of your Fitbit watch.

Please check out this help article, which explains how to update your Fitbit app to the latest version. Your Fitbit device appears to have the latest version installed.
