9 months to a year old 2 x Versa's all of a sudden, my account profile gets her info and visa versa on and off, step count, heart rate and all her notices. remove device and resync i'm confused how this can connect to my wive's Iphone or account as you need to put a 4 numerical specific code linking to phone and account- resetting fixes it for a couple of hours then mismatches again. this data is crucial to my health and i share my sleep and heart rate trends with doctor, avaluating with diet recommendations less salt, more fluids impact of touch football, weights, bycycle etc

My wife an i have bought a pair of versas an have worn for the last year- then suddenly 3-4 weeks ago after the last update the syncing and logging has misaligned- we have reset 2 x 3 times connecting now with a specific code to iphone and for a couple of days all is ok but then her watch will sync to my account and visa a versa.
This is really annoying and renders the watch useless for our needs and collecting data over the week. I get her alerts for battery low and if battery goes flat i have to reset watch resync to phone to fix time etc

Do you have different Fitbit accounts/emails? You should.
I don't know if this would cause those symptoms but worth checking each phone's bluetooth settings to make sure you are not connected to each other's fitbits, or one phone connected to both.
If you do get this straightened out, are you aware of the Wellness Report, a new Premium feature, designed, among other things, for sharing your data with a doctor?

It’s really annoying as it clears my watch and replaces the data with her details eg i have done 12000 steps this morning it just wiped my watch and changed to 3600 to what steps my wife has done my resting heart rate is a max of 55 and changes it to 66 I just don’t understand why all of sudden where is was ok for close to a year then a watch update has wrecked I’m guessing I will get a new watch not a versa- we have separate emails, accounts, mobiles, she has her own arms it's on we get a differing device code link

@fitandready It's nice to see you on the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I've merged your posts here to keep them organized. Thanks for your advice @JohnnyRow.
I would like you to make sure that both Versas are set up in individual accounts and that your watch isn't paired to her phone's Bluetooth, because this might be the reason why it's mixing the information.
Also, please check that you don't have any other tracker/watch paired to your account such as MobileTrack, this could be why it's decreasing the data when you sync. Learn more about it by checking this article: Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
