I was having trouble syncing my versa to my phone so I decided to factory reset it and now it turned on but it has all these messages in different languages and it says to download fit bit app so I did but I have no clue what to do now cause it won't swipe or do anything else plz help me!

@Rawbb78, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it only asks you to download the Fitbit app and the screen won't swipe.
Since you already downloaded the Fitbit app, please set up your Fitbit Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out if your watch works properly.
