Good afternoon,
I received my Versa2 at Christmas. For the past two weeks, my battery does not last even 1 day. When I noticed this the first few days, I looked what the issues could be and minimized everything relating to all the informatics side of it. No notifications, keeping the original watch face, lighting display to it's minimal setting. I do not play music or do not use any other feature. I have even taken off the heart rate.
By even doing this, my battery still doesn't last 24 hours. I noticed that this started when the battery didn't have any charge left to it. I had forgotten my charging cable for the weekend and once I came back, charged it fully at 100% and now, the charge just vanishes through thin air. I am really disappointed since I cannot use the full features of the smart watch like I should be able to do.
This is a malfunction and should not happen. I could understand if I would be using all the features the Versa has but still the Versa should keep a charge. I am truly disappointed, I was so anxious in getting my Versa for Christmas, now I think, I should of asked for something else.

I had this and normally after an update! I would start by deleting the versa from the app and then go into the versa setting and do a factory reset. Then follow the steps to set it back up. mind has done this a few times and this has always sorted out the issue. Hope this helps you 🙂
