My Versa battery is not lasting half a day

My battery is not even lasting half a day. I am having to walk with the charger ans its not picking, my steps up that I am taking for most of my walk. Why is this happening? As my watch face has remained the same with mo issues previously.

Hi @Ellie-T. It sounds like your Versa needs a re-start. Tap here for instructions. Sometimes it helps to restart it a couple times. Make sure you see the Fitbit logo during this process. Please let us know if this works.

Hello Carol,

I have tried that and unfortunately its made no difference. It has completely died on me a few times and today I have charged it four times and its not even been 24hrs.
