Hello @Deepshikha0705  since we need to use the Fitbit app to unlock your tracker, we really need the tracker connected to your Fitbit account.

Next time the pass code is setup,  let's set it only for Fitbit Pay, please.

Did you remove the Versa from your Fitbit account?

Let's go to Fitbits FAQ, question 5 has your answer.

How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device?

Learn about securing your Fitbit device with a PIN code

However if the Versa is no longer connected to a Fitbit account we need to do a factory reset, which is normally done through the menu on the Versa but now not possible to do this way.

We will need to do the hardware method to reset the passcode

On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This triggers the 2-button hardware reboot after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, then continue holding the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time, or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.
