My Versa didn't record my run

I got my watch today clicked exersize and run on my watch yet it's not recorded it at all.  It shows my steps and KM run but that it never logged..  I've synced it numerous times,  app is up to date but when I click into the watch interface section it's saying it hasn't synced for 4hrs?  Is this a fault?

Hey @Amy-80, welcome aboard! Ok, let me see if I understood. So on your Versa itself, you can see your activity, "run" and it's data, but when you try to sync, your data won't do that, Am I right? If that is the case, then I suggest you to try the following tips: 

- Reboot the Bluetooth on your phone

- Reboot your phone

- Log out/ log in to your Fitbit account

- Restart your Versa

- Force sync your watch
