I got a replacement Versa a few months ago. The battery was low 3 days ago so I put it to charge. Since then it will not turn back on. I've tried restarting but it is completely dead

Regarding the charging issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email recently.
